Life Skills are those skills which help us promote our mental well- being and our competence as we face the realities of life.

In the ancient times, life skills were a part of human beings in their day to day life style. Though the people in the ancient days were not certified and qualified they had all the skills which were required to make a living.

In today’s modern world we have abundance of everything but for life skills which stops us from moving ahead in our life.

Today’s industry demand is that their employees possess the skill sets like Oral and written communication skills, Critical thinking ability, Problem solving skills, ability to work in a team productively, decision making abilities, managing emotions and ability to execute things in a less time.

People who possess life skills are able to handle peer pressure, manage stress, improve their self confidence, improve the concentration, overcome stage fear and face insecurities.

Bandler and Grinder coined the term Neuro Linguistic Programming to show their belief in a connection between

  • Neurological process (“Neuro”)
  • Language (“Linguistic”)
  • Behavioral Patterns learned from experiences (“programming”)

It is said that the left brain controls the right part of our body and the right brain controls the left part of our body. Most of us use mostly our right part of the body to do our day to day activities which means we give more exercise to our Left Brain.

Neuro Linguistic Programming is a technique through which we can give exercise to both sides of our brain equally. Through NLP it is possible to change our behavioral patterns to achieve the desired goals in life.

It helps us in building better relationships, excel in our work, improve our social life, enhance our education, develop our personality, and maintain our health and well being.

In a NLP session I help you to understand the patterns of your thinking, feeling and behaving. I also dig deep to understand what is that you want in life and how to achieve it by making some changes in our thinking, feeling and behavior. I also help you to discover your past achievements, your beliefs, your strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities you may get and the obstacles you may face and help you to make the most of the opportunity by getting rid of the obstacles.

Motivational Talks focus on inspiring the people thus improving their self motivation and morale.
